Delete Account Policy
Effective Date: 25 February 2025
Deleting your Hbits account will permanently remove all your data, including your habits, progress, reflections, and personal settings. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone, and we will not be able to recover any of your information.
What will be deleted:
All of your account information, including your habits, progress, reflections, quiz scores, badges, and subscription history.
(Note: Apple/Google billing must be canceled separately.)
Important Notes:
Your subscription will not be canceled automatically.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Apple Settings or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Deleting your account on this page only affects your data within Hbits.
Your billing relationship with Apple or Google must be managed through their official platforms.
How to delete your account:
Fill out the form with your email, password, and confirmation.
Verify your request through the OTP we will send to your email.
Once confirmed, your account and all data will be permanently removed.
